About
Two founders. The same wall. Two halves of one answer.
We didn't meet and then build a philosophy. We each lived the same lesson separately, and only realized later that our answers were two halves of the same thing.

Operations · AI · Systems
Brooke Elder
Brooke has built seven businesses and exited two. The one that taught her the most was the one that almost broke her: a coaching company that grew to 27 employees with over a million dollars in payroll, while the profit quietly disappeared. From the outside it looked like winning. Inside, she was managing instead of leading and keeping less every month.
Then her husband asked one question: “Why are you automating with people instead of systems?”
She cut the team from 27 to 6. Revenue held. Profit came back. And the business got calmer, not more chaotic, because the work that should never have been human work finally wasn't.
Then she did the thing that proves the point: she sold the house, bought a sailboat, and crossed the Atlantic with her family while the business kept running. Not without her. In alignment with her. There's a difference, and she teaches it.
Leadership · Identity · Neurocoaching
Tricia Peterson
Tricia is an organizational psychologist and neurocoach who spent years doing what high achievers do: collecting certifications, saying yes to everything, and measuring her worth by how much she could carry. It worked, by every external measure. And it burned her out.
Her reset was bigger than a sabbatical. She moved her family of seven into a 300-square-foot travel trailer and stayed on the road for three years and 38 states. Less room, less stuff, less proving. More presence.
She came back with the Identity Triangle, the framework at the heart of our leadership work: the ceiling on most businesses isn't capacity, it's identity. She creates deeper impact now than she ever did at full speed. Not by doing more. By being more aligned.

Why True North exists
The same lesson, lived twice.
One of us stripped a business down to find the profit. The other stripped a life down to find the person. Different walls, same cause: growth that drifted out of alignment with the human running it.
That's why we work both layers at once. Tricia teaches the top of the sandwich: leadership, mission, vision, values, and the founder's identity. Brooke teaches the bottom: the operational foundation, the frameworks, and the AI Crew that threads the middle. The structure we teach is the structure we run.
“We don't just teach what worked. We teach what it cost us to learn.”
Start where every good crossing starts: with a chart.
The Scale With AI Bootcamp is four days, built for owners with teams. You'll leave knowing exactly which layer of your business has drifted and what to install first.
Four days. Bring your team.
